Terms & Conditions – pak345 User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pak345 ("pak345", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pak345 website, mobile platform, gaming services, betting markets, and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pak345 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pak345 Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your pak345 account.

pak345 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Use of the pak345 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak345 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, unless expressly permitted in writing by pak345.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to verify that participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing on pak345.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pak345 or any of its gaming software providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pak345 or any other gambling platform or regulatory body.

pak345 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by or on behalf of an ineligible person will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one active pak345 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your pak345 account, including your legal name, date of birth, contact email, and payment details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. pak345 shall not be liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak345 account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pak345 support staff will never request your password. You must notify pak345 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account. pak345 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pak345 is required to conduct identity verification procedures in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframes requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pak345 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published on the cashier page of the Platform.

4.2 Currency

The Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for fiat transactions. USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. pak345 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PKR value of crypto transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the pak345 cashier section, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. pak345 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts exhibiting unusual activity.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods, whether to deposit or receive withdrawals, may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through pak345 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include, but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred.
• pak345 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of terms is detected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion's terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including by creating multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated accounts suspended.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pak345 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.) as published within the Platform. pak345 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error. In cases of dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, pak345's records shall be the primary source of evidence and its decision shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure below.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak345 Platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Collusion with other players or employees to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using pak345 as a conduit for illegal financial transactions
• Creating accounts using false identity documentation
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited

pak345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit any associated balances, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak345 Platform — including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, and visual design elements — is the intellectual property of pak345 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of pak345 content without express written consent is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

pak345 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at privacy-policy. By creating a pak345 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. pak345 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to provide the services described in these Terms, including payment processors and identity verification providers.

10. Responsible Gaming

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pak345 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pak345 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-Platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak345 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the pak345 complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
